Getting Started

Whether you are new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete, we have the program that will fit you!

Free Introductory Class:

       Come in and experience a CrossFit WOD with us!  Our complimentary session will give you an opportunity to check out our program, ask questions, and experience a CrossFit workout.  Contact us via email, our contact page, or give us a call to set up a time.

New to CrossFit:  

         All of our new athletes are required to attend a CrossFit Training Fundamentals class before they can participate in our normal workout.  During the session, you will be coached through the basic movements of CrossFit, familiarized with the common CrossFit terminology, and given the information you will need to safely perform our workouts.  The Fundamentals Training is FREE when you sign up for any of our memberships. 

Experienced Athletes:

        If you are transferring to us from another box or have previous CrossFit Experience, you are not required to attend the Fundamentals Training, however, if you would like to knock the rust off, or just get a refresher, you are very welcome to attend.  All athletes coming to train with us must demonstrate competency to one of our coaches.  This is not a test, merely a chance for us to learn your background so that we can give you the proper level of training, challenge you, and keep you safe.  If, for any reason, you or our coaches feel you require some additional workup training, you may attend our Saturday Fundamentals Training, or we will work with you one on one to get you up to speed.
